Synopsis

The Silver Surfer is reborn and he wants answers from the Dark Counsel. Dark Counsel refuses without payment, but the Surfer informs him that since he was reborn through his personal Blackbody, all the Counsel's souls are his. The Surfer reveals Dark Counsel for what he truly is - a Watcher from his own universe. The Watcher's name is Vartu and he tells the story of how he came to be in this universe. The Surfer knows that he will win the battle with the Uni-Lord, but the Uni-Lord is well prepared. He travels to face the Uni-Lord and save the homeworlds of the remaining Skyriders. He comes face to face with the gigantic entity who is now powered by the billions of prayers of those homeworlds that may soon be destroyed. The Uni-Lord prepares to show him their is only one true god.
